Each license key issued is valid for a single system/user unless explicitly stated otherwise. Sharing license credentials is an infringement of our IP rights and will result in immediate termination of the license.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws, platform terms, privacy rules, and communication regulations while using any exported data.
Our tools (specifically Lead Creator) extract publicly available listings as a productivity utility. We do not host, store, or sell third-party database listings. You must execute your outreach plans responsibly and comply with regional spam, calling, or messaging regulations (such as DND lists in India).
Payments are processed securely via the PhonePe payment gateway. Your billing information remains protected on PhonePe's servers. Upon verified transaction receipt, our servers deliver your activation key and download authorization.
Activation and installation assistance is provided via our Support form or WhatsApp desk. Response times depend on the support priority level included in your selected plan.
Insofthub is not liable for any business disruptions, loss of revenue, conversion rates, or direct/indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our desktop applications.
Insofthub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page, and your continued usage constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
