Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

Our software applications (specifically Lead Creator) are digital goods delivered via download links. Due to the immediate delivery of resources and unique cryptographic license keys, standard return policies do not apply.

2. License Key Activation

Once a license is generated, it immediately reserves access slots on our system validation servers. Therefore, we highly suggest testing our tool using the lowest tier (Monthly Plan) before upgrading to multi-month or annual options.

3. Refund Eligibility

Once the software file and license key have been delivered or activated, refunds may not be available except where required by applicable law or where a verified technical issue cannot be resolved by support.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests based on the following reasons are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind after completing the transaction.
  • Lack of B2B conversions or lack of sales resulting from outreach efforts.
  • Inability to run the software due to systems that do not meet standard Windows OS compatibility.
  • Misuse of exported listing directories resulting in directory lookup limits.

5. Technical Support Role

If you encounter system activation crashes, installation blockages, or export errors, you must submit a ticket via our Support page. Our technical team will investigate and attempt to fix the issue within 3-5 business days. If a verified core technical issue cannot be resolved, a prorated refund may be issued.

6. Renewals

License renewals are processed manually. Once a renewal transaction is verified and a new validity term is added to your key, the renewal fee becomes non-refundable.
